The J. Peterman theme (background and photo borders) was created by David Simmer for Dave's album.
Most of the photographs were scanned from 35mm negative film using a Nikon Coolscan 4000ED film scanner. Some were scanned from 4x5 prints on a Canon flatbed scanner.
Recent photographs were taken with a Canon 2MP or 4MP digital camera.
Photographs were retouched with Adobe Photoshop.
The background and borders around the photos ("mounts") are based on the J. Peterman theme created by David Simmer for Dave's album.
